Seeing a therapist offers support, guidance, and the opportunity to address issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and general life stressors. Each Person is Unique!
To me, each client is unique in their own way. With different personalities, preferences, experiences, and backgrounds, which contribute to making them different from each other. Even identical twins, who share the same DNA, can have unique experiences and develop different personalities. As a result I do not believe in a universal approach to therapy. I build tailored, high quality sessions for each client to reflect their personality and needs.
