Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
Walk and Talk session are usally 50 minutes in duration.
Therapy session are weekly and attendance is required in order for you to benefit from it.
Meditation session are 50 minutes in duration.

PSYCH-K: First sessions are 90 minutes in duration.
PSYCH-K: Regular sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
PSYCH-K: To receive the block booking discount, 3 sessions must be booked and paid in full. The first session cannot be included in the block booking.

Please note: Late cancellations and missed appointments sessions are payable in full unless 48 hours notice is given and an exceptional circumstance has arisen.
