What is PSYCH-K ®


PSYCH-K® (Psychological Kinesiology) is an alternative therapy that utilizes muscle testing and belief change techniques to help individuals identify and transform limiting subconscious beliefs. Its fundamental principle is that our behavior and emotions are significantly influenced by our subconscious beliefs and thoughts. Negative subconscious beliefs and thoughts can result in self-sabotage and negative emotions, while positive ones can lead to a more fulfilling and successful life. By transforming our beliefs, which are our perceptions of ourselves and the world, we can impact our thoughts, behaviors, and eventual outcomes.

It is a non-invasive therapy that doesn't require medication or physical intervention, making it a safe and gentle treatment option. Nevertheless, PSYCH-K can be a powerful tool for personal transformation. This method was developed by Robert M. Williams in 1988 and is based on the principles of neuroscience, quantum physics, and ancient mind-body wisdom.
