In-person Individual Therapy
In-person individual therapy is a highly individualized and collaborative process that can help patients build coping mechanisms, comprehend their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and make significant life changes.
Clients may discuss a variety of subjects during individual therapy sessions, including their personal history, current difficulties or stressors, relationships, and life goals. To assist the client in addressing their issues, I employ a range of strategies and interventions in therapy, including conventional talk therapy, movement, dance, play, trigger points, eye movements, meditation, mindfulness-based techniques, and various others.
