In-person individual Therapy
In-person individual therapy is a highly individualized and collaborative process that can help clients build coping mechanisms, comprehend their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and make significant life changes.
During a session clients may discuss a variety of subjects, including their personal history, current difficulties or stressors, relationships, and life goals. To assist the clients in addressing their issues, I may employ a range of strategies and interventions in therapy, including conventional talk therapy, movement, dance, play, trigger points, eye movements, meditation, mindfulness-based techniques, and various others.
The objectives include assisting clients in gaining a deeper comprehension of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as well as equipping them with the instruments and methods they require to make positive changes in their lives.
In sessions, a holistic approach is used that takes into account the entire person, not just their symptoms or issues. The clients physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual aspects are included in this. This approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of a person's life and their importance for achieving overall wellbeing. Through the use of this approach, the client is able to participate fully in every stage of the therapeutic process and feel genuinely engaged in every action they take to achieve their desired goal.
