FINDING INNER PEACE

Meditation is a practice of focusing the mind to reach a state of relaxation, inner peace, and heightened awareness.
It is a journey, a process of self-discovery, and an exploration of consciousness. It is also a way to train the mind
to be more present and focused, to be aware of thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them, and to access
deeper states of consciousness. The process involves purposely focusing your attention and calming your mind, often through
repetitive mantras, mindfulness activities, or breathing exercises.

Box Breathing Meditation


Box breathing is a breathing technique that involves taking slow, deep breaths and holding them for specific counts. The pattern of breathing is a four-count inhale, a four-count hold, a four-count exhale, and a four-count hold. This creates a square or "box" pattern of breathing, hence the name "box breathing."

I have incorporated box breathing with meditation. This provides a gentle guided meditation.
